I’ve lived in Hong Kong for two and a half years and I still regularly fall in love with it all over again. You may think of Hong Kong as a concrete jungle, and while it does have a staggering amount of high rises, all concentrated on a tiny surface, three quarters of the territory is actually nature. But don’t take my word for it, here are some pictures.
This is what we see when we go hiking…
…the sea, tiny villages, endless green forests
And we have pretty beaches, too
And sometimes, when we hike in the mountains along the border, we can wave at our big sister China
You have to work (aka climb about a million rocky steps) for this view, but oh my, it is worth it
The other, greener, side of Hong Kong
I ♥ Hong Kong
P.S. Regular, more naughty blogging will resume next week. 😉
